Care
At the Fortiers Community Care Home, nursing is not far away. We have a contract with Central Vermont Home Health and Hospice for nursing overview.
Comfort
Each furnished room comes with a private half bath for independence and privacy. All rooms are practically brand-new and have a breath-taking view of Barre, Vermont. Our living space is large, warm, and comforting. Read the paper in front of the saltwater fish tank, solve a jigsaw puzzle, watch the wildlife in the screened-in back porch. It all awaits you!
Family
Each of our guests are treated as if they are one of the family. It is natural to feel at home when sitting in our living area, or eating dinner at the dinner table. Fortiers Community Care Home makes every effort to maintain the feeling of home, no matter how far that may be.
